How to use Vosh

  1. How do I request a vosh
    1. download the app from the Apple Store or the Google Play, create an account, enter your payment information, and request a vosh.
  2. How does the vosher know where I am?
    1. we use the google map system and a GPS locator to spot your location, and the vosher that is closest to you will accept the request
  3. Cancelation policy
    1. As a courtesy to our customers we will allow a 10 minute window for cancelations free of charge. After the 10 minutes are up we will have to charge a $10 cancelation fee to reimburse our voshers for their time and gas they spend driving to you.
  4. Can I request multiple car voshes
    1. you have the option to add and delete as many cars as you need voshed
  5. Contacting my vosher
    1. once the vosh is accepted, you will see a “contact vosher” link at the bottom of the screen, click the link and it will automatically dial the vosher
  6. How old do I need to be to use vosh
    1. you will have to be at least 18 years of age
  7. Do I need to tip my vosher
    1. No
  8. Who is my vosher
    1. all approved voshers go through a vigorous background check before they are approved to become a vosher. Most of the voshers are mobile detailers that have 5+ years of experience washing cars.

Account

  1. Update my profile information
    1. Go to “my account” tab on your app and click edit to change or update information
  2. Forgot my password
    1. Click on the forgot password link, enter your email address, an email will be sent to you to reset/change your password

Payment

  1. Change my payment information
    1. Go to your menu click on payment tab and edit your information. You can add multiple credit cards, or link your paypal account
  2. I was charged incorrectly
    1. Please send email to help@vosh.me so we may resolve the issue immediately
  3. When is my card actually charged
    1. Your credit card is charged once our vosher completes the job
  4. Is my personal information safe
    1. All of your personal information is stored on tier 1 PCI compliant SSL secured servers. Your information is safe!
  5. Do you store my credit card?
    1. we do not store your credit card information, we use a payment processing company called Braintree. Braintree is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant service provider. They're on Visa's Global Compliant Provider List and MasterCard's SDP List. They store information for us on hosted fields. Hosted fields are small, transparent iframes that replace the sensitive credit card inputs in your checkout flow.
